Fees

Registration fee includes admission to this 1½-day course, a course syllabus, a continental breakfast both days, buffet lunch on Friday, and morning and afternoon breaks both days.

** Fellows rate is for those physicians training in vascular ultrasound at an accredited hospital.

Cancellations & Refunds

All requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to the SVU national office in Lanham, MD. Requests received before October 4, 2007 are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. No refunds after October 4, 2007, only a credit will be given for a future SVU Current Issues Conference or SVU Interpretation Course within two years of issue date.

Substitutions

If a registrant is unable to attend, substitutions are welcome and can be made at anytime, including at on-site registration.
